Mentioned Pikchr in pandoc forum

Now that Pikchr reads from stdin it will be fairly easy to wedge it into Pandoc.
I mentioned it on the official Pandoc group anyway in case someone there is tempted to implement it in the official way.

... and the Pandoc author has explained in that thread how Pikchr can turn into a Pandoc filter there. (I would be a grateful user, but I'm not going to do that.)
